PLEASE CHECK IF THE QUESTION YOU'RE GOING TO ASK HASN'T ALREADY BEEN DONE SO IN THIS DESCRIPTION AS ITS VERY THOROUGH! 2003 e46 330D touring M Sport 6seed manual 176K M57n running 300HP/600NM mapped by GKR performance (the best in the business).... If you don't know... All 6 injectors have been stripped and rebuilt by united injectors in shrewsburry near GKR performance with updated internals due to them not being recondition-able, receipts to prove.New rad fitted last month. Custom intercooler and pipework fitted that is very efficient and allows for all wheel arch liners and guards to stay in place. Cast manifold was fitted last month due to the original cracking. E60 inlet fitted (no swirl flaps). 3" downpipe to 2.5" custom straight through (probably the best sounding e46 with an m57n you'll ever hear). Last month I also fitted a brand new LUK dual mass flywheel, sachs motorsport pressure plate and PMC 5 paddle 800nm clutch, the car has also recently had a new propshaft guibo and centre bearing fitted. Suspension: Meister R e46 m3 coilovers (offset castor top mounts) fitted by myself a year ago. Alignment also done by me, toe camber and castor all spot on and vehicle drives straight as an arrow.
All rear suspension arm bushes replaced with super pro, PMC billet adjustable camber arms also fitted. Front suspension bushes are powerflex, car comes with new superpro offset castor version (didn't fit because of Top mounts).
Brakes: refurbished callipers all round and had them painted anthracite, EBC turbo grooved disks front and rear, Ferodo ds2500 pads front and rear, braided brake lines and ate uprated brake fluid all of this is around 4-5 months old and the pads certainly have a lot of meet left on them, I also replaced the brake shoes while I was carrying out this work. Wheels enkei NT03+M 10j rears with 15mm hubcebtric spacers and 8.5j fronts fitted with 20mm hubcentric spacers (been on the car around 5 months) Wheel stud conversion also, wheels are fitted with uniroyal rain sport 3's. Interior is Tan (heated fronts) and before I got the car it had the steering wheel re trimmed by royal steering wheels, it has the TV unit from factory with an Aux cable retro fitted , I also brought a brand new gear knob genuine from BMW a few months ago. Still has original BMW carpets but the drivers one could do with being replaced.
Exterior: age related marks, nothing major and no rust most importantly. The car has been to a custom fabrication shop where they have cut off and fabricated new wider arches to suit the wheels and width I wanted to achieve on the back whilst still being able to drive the car hard without it scrubbing but maintaining a factory look, the front and rear bumper have also just been sprayed due to me disintegrating a pigeon and it damaging the paintwork and the rear was just letting the car down.... MOT is in the vehicle details section but for those of you that cant operate your device correctly here it is a second time 06/2020.
